PRESSURE WASHING
While we are on site addressing your paver and natural stone repair, cleaning, and sealing, we can also look at additional items you may want steam cleaned on your property. Common items include decks, driveways, garage floors, stone veneer, and siding!
With over 35 years of experience installing and maintaining landscapes, we’ll have the solution needed to help you repair any heaved or sunken pavers by correcting the bedding material under the surface. If the polymeric sand joints in your paver or natural stone surface are deteriorating, and weeds or moss are growing in it, we can remove and replace that with new and more advanced polymeric sand. If your patio is stained with efflorescence, oil, or grease, we can likely remove those as well. The plastic edging around your paver patio can also be replaced at this time is that has lifted out of position. The final step before we seal your surface is washing the patio with a surface cleaner and water that reaches over 250 degrees to help remove all the stubborn dirt and debris lodged into the concrete, paver, and limestone surfaces. During this steam cleaning process, we’ll use any appropriate minerals and cleaners required. Our final step is to apply a sealer that will help stabilize the polymeric sand joints and seal the surfaces. Our sealers will color enhance the surface, stabilize the polymeric sand joints and seal up the pavers to protect them from all the harsh elements that shorten the life of your patio surfaces.
